Ceramic Bootcamp: one day workshop

Designed for those just starting out in ceramics, this class builds the foundational skills and confidence needed to join a 24hr Pottery studio and begin making independently.

Throughout the session, you will explore:
‍

• Wheel throwing
• Trimming and carving leather-hard pieces
• Adding handles and decorative details
• Hand-building fundamentals
• Glazing, underglazes, and resist techniques
• Working with different clay bodies and glaze options

To wrap up your experience, you will select from a selection of seasonal glaze colors. Our team will glaze and fire your pieces, and they will be ready for pickup three weeks after class.
